Young People will work in two shifts: from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 2p.m. to 8 p.m., covering almost the entire period of tourist activity.

The staff of the service will be able to move around the city on Segways. The duty will be held on the territory of the Admiralteisky and Central areas of St. Petersburg: Spit of Vasilyevsky Island, the Church of the Savior on Blood, the Bronze Horseman, Gostiny Dvor, Palace Square, Kazan Cathedral and Art Square.
Because of the conduction of the biggest city and sports events, the duty stations may be changed. In 2018, during FIFA World Cup, the staff worked near Gazprom Arena. Also, AskMeSpb staff collaborates with tourist police. Guests are provided with operative help at the police station.
Information mobile 'AskMeSPb/I know the city' service works from May 1 to September 30. The project has been implemented by the Committee for Tourism Development and St. Petersburg City Tourist Information Bureau since 2017.
