Mudanjiang Hailang Airport is a dual use civilian and military airport, which is located in the southwest corner of Mudanjiang and connected by Airport Road to Heda Highway, 9 km from the downtown. It operates many regular and chartered flights to Harbin, Shenyang, Dalian, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Yantai, and Qingdao in China. For flights to Russia, Vladivostok, Yakutsk, Khabarovsk are included. Routes to South Korea include Seoul and Cheong Ju. You can take the airport shuttle to get to the airport from downtown.
