St. Peter's Church, a Gothic architecture located in central area of Old Town, was completed in the thirteenth century. The baroque bell tower was built in 1690, which was once the highest wooden bell tower in the world. After being burnt and knocked down, it was rebuilt as a metal structure in 1973. It is the best position for overlooking the whole city at a height of 123.25 meters. The church interior is a required admission by ticket.
