Window of the Top encompasses Level 65 and the rooftop of Komtar Tower, allowing you to enjoy picturesque panoramas of Penang and beyond. Besides the views, visitors can also find twin rainbows that arch into a pot of gold, a horseshoe chair and a musical orchestral there.

Rainbow Skywalk at 294m high on the rooftop, offers stunning bird’s eye views. A glass platform here gives you the thrill of feeling like you’re walking on air.

Observatory Deck (Level 68, THE TOP@Komtar) lets you get up close and personal with picture-perfect vistas of Penang from its tallest building.
