Muay Thai Pro will work with guests individually based upon their abilities and fitness levels to tailor the best experience and achieve the maximum workout for them. There are 3 Muay Thai lessons at the resort for our guests: the Introduction to Muay Thai, Intermediate Muay Thai and Advance Muay Thai. The training ring is equipped with a punch bag, speed ball, floor to ceiling ball, gloves, focus pads and kicking shields, as well as simple instructions for guests to follow in order to enjoy their own Muay Thai Fitness workout.
