Over the last few years, UTour has been persisting in the strategy of “integrating wholesale and retail, combining online and offline”.
In September 2014, an asset restructuring was accomplished between Zhuyuan International Travel Service Co., Ltd (“Zhuyuan”) and Utour, which restructured the midstream layout in the industrial.
By February 2016, it has 59 retail stores, including 43 in Beijing,10 in Tianjin, 3 in Shanghai , 2 in Shijiazhuang , and 1 in Yunan. Utour customizes services to its loyal customers through Utour Club and now has over 200,000 regular customers. Meanwhile, Utour carries out various marketing cooperation with banks and insurance companies. In 2014, Utour invested in Uzai(www.uzai.com).Uzai is an online travel agency and was established in 2004. Uzai and Utour work closely in integrating their online and offline resources, including traditional wholesale, online retail, and O2O commerce.
Given the advantage in international tourism and related services, UTour strives to create a comprehensive service platform covering international tourism, destination hospitality, overseas education, immigration, medical care, sports tourism, overseas financing and insurance. At present, it
