WTCF Will Provide the Following Free Services for Its Participating Members:

The exhibition area will be divided into WTCF Exhibition Area and WTCF Member Exhibition Area, and the number of its participating members that exhibit themselves during the same period cannot exceed ten cities / organizations.

1. WTCF will provide a 1-3 square meter exhibition area for free for each of its participating members, and these members can make use of light boxes, posters or the display of their pamphlets, and other ways to promote themselves;

2. Each participating member can exhibit their resources for 1-2 weeks (If there are special requirements, we can negotiate separately);

3. In the member exhibition area, the participating members can conduct publicity, exhibition, promotion, negotiation, product selling, and so on. Sales of goods must comply with the relevant regulations of the Expo;

4. After the member application is approved, the participating members can sell their tourism products in the member exhibition area. The Expo and WTCF will provide WTCF members with customs consultation, warehousing, and other services free of charge;

5. During the exhibition, WTCF will provide its members (no more than two employees for each city / organization) with work lunch and daily round trip transportation (The Expo site - public transport / designated hotel);

6. WTCF will provide its participating members with preferential prices to book cooperative hotels, and assist in consultation with personnel visas, insurance, air tickets, and other services required for the exhibition;
