Cartagena de Indias Visa

Foreigners who need to enter Colombian territory for any reason, must present a valid passport for at least six months, a visa if their country so requires and file a certificate of alienation if their stay is for more than three months.

valid United States of America visa (except Visa C1 - in transit) or a Schengen Visa (European Community, valid for at least 180 days from the day of arrival), may enter Colombian territory without prior visa for a period of 90 days: Cambodia, China, India, Macau (for 180 days), Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam.
