In June 2014, after submitting to China National Tourism Administration for approval, under the principles of equality,openness and transparency and fairness and self-discipline, the members of original China Railway Tourism Union agreed willingly to officially establish Railway Travel Committee of China Association of Travel Services (referred to as “RTC-CATS”for short)

The above-mentioned committee is a branch organization of China Association of Travel Services.
