Tour around Hamburg (Part 2)

Duvenstedter Brook Nature Reserve

In the fall starting from September, there is one highlight that must not be missed in northern Germany: baby deer in Duvenstedter Brook Nature Reserve. When you walk in the nature reserve, there may also be foxes and cranes passing in front of you. Add this charming wetland with a wide range of flora and fauna to your travel plan! Information about exhibitions, tours and others are available at Duvenstedter BrookHus.

Boberger Niederung Nature Reserve

Boberger Niederung Nature Reserve presents a completely different landscape. When people stand on the inland dunes of Hamburg, it is as if they are visiting the North Sea of Hamburg - except that the sound of the waves cannot be heard. In addition, Boberger Niederung Nature Reserve contains heather wasteland, tidal marshes, swamps and a lake area for swimming. Walking here is like walking in a world of wonderland completely
